To submit a maintenance report, simply navigate to the Maintenance menu -> Open Issues. Here you simply click Add to submit a maintenance issue report.  

You can assign a maintenance issue to a specific employee as long as they have a user profile in DigiQuatics. See the "Assigned To" field as shown when adding a new issue:

Keep in mind that your team of DigiQuatics staff need to turn on appropriate notifications per your organizational policies/preferences. Due to privacy issues, this can only be done by each user under their name drop-down on the "My Notifications" page, where they'll find these Maintenance Issue notification options:
