In early 2025, we officially launched our native app. Our long-standing responsive web-based app still works great in any mobile browser of your choice. Check out how to save a shortcut to your mobile's homescreen here.
Whether using our mobile or web app, you will still need an active employee login. This is typically shared via invitation (for first time users) by your DigiQuatics account Admin or your Supervisor.
Our mobile app is available in the Apple App Store for iOS (iPhone) users as well as Google Play Store for Android users.

Updates
Android users will find that our mobile app updates automatically. For iOS users, we highly recommend checking your settings and turning on automatic app updates:
Please note that our official app launch will be in April 2025. Prior to April, the mobile app might not have all modules and features available.
We are actively working to perfect the design for new modules such as DigiChat and improve it for existing modules. As of mid-March 2025, our mobile app will share at least 75% of it's modules and features with our web-app.
Updates are rolling out on a weekly basis this Winter and Spring. From mid-May throughout Summer in the USA (which is peak season for the majority of our customers) updates will be bi-weekly or monthly for ongoing maintenance.
Push Notifications
One of the greatest benefits of using our mobile app with your team: push notifications become priority.
On our web application, each user chooses which email and text notifications they wish to receive via their personal menu in the upper right (My Notifications). Soon, admin will have a new control center that will allow them to set employee-wide default push notifications according to their unique terms of employment.
Currently, when any user installs our mobile app, all text notifications will reroute to push notifications, as they are generally regarded as superior. The only exception at this time is when admin or non-admin employees use our Messaging module to generate texts.
Note: Please check back in mid to late April 2025 for the latest news on our new push notifications/admin control center.
