Yes, it's really easy. You can export both employee and account data in DigiQuatics.
To export employee data in DigiQuatics simply visit the employees page in the app. Once you are that page, use the location filter and active/inactive button to find the exactly list of employees you want to export, then click the export button when you are ready. This will download all the employee data to a Microsoft Excel file.
The following features have data exports in DigiQuatics:
- Time Clock
- Chemical Records
- Employee Certifications
- Maintenance Issues "Open / Closed Issues"
To export follow just navigate to one of the pages where you want to export data and click the export button. If you need to export data that is not exportable in the app (yet) please contact us at [email protected] or via the in-app chat tool and we will be happy to help.
