When submitting a Shift Report, wait a few minutes, refresh the page where you can read the shift report and a "Sentiment analysis" should show up. It is a feature that gauges the overall "feel" of the Shift Report text by analyzing the words used. For example, if you type "I hate this place" then the word hate will flag and display a negative sentiment, whereas "I am so happy I could dance right now" would yield more positive results. It it simply a measure of reported sentiment provided  by employees on their reports.

This feature is visible to Admins only.
